PAXI, delayed delivery and damaged goods!

Utterly disgusting service ... parcel didn't leave Joburg for at least 5 days. I submitted a complaint/query on the Paxi webstie, but of course that was completely ignored and I got zero response ... and of course there isn't even an email address to complain to. When the parcel finally arrived in Cape Town, the contents were irreparably damaged!
