Paxi Customer Service is low quality

Your Paxi agents are extremely rude.I was on the line with one of your agents at 16:06 on 04/07/2019 about a parcel of mine.You need to go and listen to the bad attitude this woman had and its not the first time I have been talked in such a manner by one of your agents.Teach your dogs manners.She even hung up on me.I kept tell8ng her I did not receive the 8 digit pin.The lady in the pep store even tried to reset and send it to me.I never received it.This rude Paxi Agent just raised her voice like im her child.You need to traon your people.
