PAXI CUSTOMER COMPLAIN

Paxi allows people to go to PEP stores to pay for Paxi parcels to be delivered and when parcels are supposed to arrive to their destinations on time they don't.Even when contacting Paxi to ask what happened they say they are waiting for feedbacks from the couriers...I dont know how many times i contacted them telling me the same story....My parcel was sent from Mtata on the 22 of September 2022 its arrival date to Cape town was 29 September 2022 still today(06 October 2022) it has not reached its destination...I bought what's in that parcel...What about my money because its been dates now!
