PAXI couriers never good to use

I urge everyone not to use Paxi couriers.my parcel has been with them for over a month now and I’ve been calling them almost everyday on working hours asking about my parcel,last time I spoke to Dale(Consultant)he couldn’t help me and told his superior Mr.Richards will call me but that never happened till today
