Paxi couriers

I dropped my parcel at PEP CELL kg mall witbank to be delivered to kamaqhekeza on the 3rd of December 2025 it was my daughters Christmas clothes and sneakers it was a 7-9 days package that was supposed to be delivered on the 17 of December at kamaqhekeza. But it was not delivered then I called them on the 18th they said they'll escalating a complaint to the drivers I have to wait for72hours for their feed back but still there was no feedback or updates I called them every day for them to trace my parcel they said is in globersdal hub but still the drivers didn't gave them feedback. When I called them today on the 31st they told me that there parcel is lost on hijacking at nelspruit. Which I don't understand cos yesterday afternoon they told me it was at globersdal hub. Paxi is playing mind games with the customers
