Paxi courier services using RAM as courier services

On 13 October 2023 I received a parcel at PEP Stores Kleinmond . The parcel was sent from Alberton PEP stores and they make use of RAM Courier services. The parcel was a gift from my brother to me. When I received the parcel, the assistant from PEP informed me that they did not wanted to accept the parcel from RAM courier services due to the fact that the wabel number was not printed on the plastic bag which Paxi used to sealed the items. I collected the parcel and opened the parcel at my house. I discovered another Paxi plastic bag inside that bag. It was opened and sealed again with a red selowtape from RAM. On that plastic bag was the wabel number printed. Wabel D***. I phoned my brother to thank him . I discovered that some of the items was missing from the parcel which he sent to me. I did not received all the items that he put in the Paxi bag. It was 5 vetplants, bepples and pots for the plants. I contacted PEP Kleinmond and they told me that RAM courier services opened the bag. I must contact them. I contacted them and they informed that yhey (found) the missing items. They gave me a RW ***1 number and told me that they going go sent the items to PEP Kleinmond. It would be there on 19 October 2023. I went there and there was nothing. On 20 October 2023 I phened RAM again. They informed me the parcel was on hold and someone must give authority that the parcel can be released. I do not understand who must give that authority.

I feel very disapointed because the items was ****** out of the parcel and after investigation they found the items. Now there is another problem and I still did not received the items. I was very exited because its the first time I received a gift from my brother through courier services.
