Paxi courier service not delivering

I dropped off a package on 28 May 2020 at Pephome Potch Riverwalk and payed R109 for the 3-5day delivery option. The package was only picked up from Pephome Potch Riverwalk Potch 2 June 2020 at 17:01 and that was the last update on their website. Since then, we received no update and 6 days later the parcel is still not at its destination. This is very poor service!
