Paxi courier is so disappointing never ever rely on it

I've sent my parcels at pep via paxi in 09 November using 7-9 plastic even now on 26 November it hasn't reached destination I've been contacting them for over 2 weeks they just keep on telling me the same story that they will do follow up with their courier but there's nothing happening I'm so so disappointed
