Paxi Courier company from Hell

On the 12/08/2024 parcel was send but still not received been querying for the last 2 weeks and the response is the same waybill number not clear a waybill generated by paxi and 19 days later still the parcel has not left paxi couriers no coutesy to applogise for going way over SLA no one keeps me updated on progress instead I need to log a query on their what's app platform the worst service ever they could care less about customer experience doubt the really care about this complaint it's really been a nightmare courier *** as we speak I'm waiting for the last hour for agent to respond and if I leave my phone for a 90 secs they will close query
