Paxi complaint

Paxi lost my parcel that was sent on the 30th November 2025. My name is Lana Nkosi *** email is *** tracking number for parcel is D***. I have spent R1110 including courier for the parcel now they telling me that the will give me R500 because I didn’t insure the parcel. The parcel had slips inside it had my child’s Christmas clothes.
