I'm very much angry and disappointed at the sametime, I laid a complaint on Friday about my experience at one of their store's Protea Glen, till today they haven't came back to me.I don't know if PEP that's how they treat their customers or that's how they run business where they don't care about their customers right or they are taking advantage of me.I have been using my airtime to make calls and I'm so angry at the moment.
