PAXI: BE ADVISED

In all honesty paxi doesn't even deserve one star!

On the 27th August 2020 I dropped my parcel at Pep Fourways to be sent to Pep Montclair. I did the full process and received my sms to say it was dropped, however I never received another message to say it was collected and then delivered.

I then followed up, only to be told that it was missing and that I woumd have to put a claim in. My parcel contained a dress valued at R1200 of which I have been told I can only claim for R500. I have been told a claim form would be emailed to me but to date I have still not received anything and after numerous phone calls and having to deal with a number of different consultants each time I phoned I am still nowhere better than I was am.ost two months ago.
