PAXI BAD SERVICES

Am very much unhappy and dissatisfied with the PAXI service . Its very sad that I went to a certain paxi point to drop my parcel n asked for 3 days courier as due to the parcel was needed urgently so . So I dropped my parcel and paid R100 . Which now am being told that my parcel is awaiting upliftment by the courier . Which they never even bothered to inform me of the technical error they had . Which on my side I only know about the 3 days courier service and even explained to the Paxi point that I need the parcel to be delivered in 3 days . Now I spoke to the consultant by the name of Aviwe and he explains something else which is i will get my parcel delivered on the 2nd of June . Am very very sad and disappointed cause they can't even bring back my money as I was gonna do another plan to deliver my parcel
