PAXI bad service, worse than poor.

My wife dropped of a parcels at Mfuleni Pep store. And was collected by the PAXI courier on thr 1 Dec 2023 and was recorded to be at the distribution center since the 4 Dec 2023. I have been tracking and calling PAXI for two weeks now. They don't know where is the parcel. They can't get hold of their courier distribution center. Several emails and calls are not being answered. I have to call myself every day for a feedback, and I am told the same thing of we are escalating the matter, for two weeks now. Here is the status of the parcel when I track it: 4 Dec 10:35 - Parcel scanned in by courier driver. 4 Dec 10:35 - Parcel scanned in by courier driver. 4 Dec 10:26 - Parcel collected by courier from P6289 PEP CPT MFULENI SHOPRITE. 1 Dec 11:46 - Parcel acknowledged by courier for pick-up at R_ISA COURIER JOHANNESBURG HUB. 1 Dec 11:46 - PARCEL DROP CONFIRMATION SMS SENT 1 Dec 11:46 - PARCEL DROP CONFIRMATION SMS SENT 1 Dec 11:45 - Parcel put away at P6289 PEP CPT MFULENI SHOPRITE. 1 Dec 11:45 - Parcel dropped off at P6289 PEP CPT MFULENI SHOPRITE.
