Paxi - Bad service!

Sent a parcel through Paxi on the 6th of November 2024 and my parcel still has not arrived and my tracking status is not moving. I keep checking up with Paxi and I'm being told my parcel is delayed and it's still with couriers and they do not know when it will arrive.
