Paxi bad service/ *****

Am one of Paxi clients and not happy at all with their services. I ordered a package and as I didn't know the pin store,I googled it and got it even screenshot it as I wanted to be easy for the sender to my suprise my package was sent to Bushbuckrige(Twin City)as am in the Free State. I really don't understand why did they say that pin is Hidedal, Bloemfontein. Okay fast forward I pick up the mistake called Paxi as the gave changing of destination on their WhatsApp, even on their dashboard but to my suprise they can't help me the sender has to be the one doing all the challenges. I and Paxi couldn't get hold of the sender I got all the pins and everything but why would I want to ***** my own parcel with my phone number on it they should just stop misleading people and tell them they can't help the receiver whom just paid them for delivery. I didn't get the package for free to be sent to me why is so difficult even after getting the pin to help me. Paxi is a **** because careful when using it. I have lost a lot of money by calling trying to thrive my package, please use order couriers to avoid disappointment. My number is ***.
