Paxi bad service

Very bad service, I was told to come tomorrow and collect my parcel because the plastic is torn out and the courier refused to take it.. Apparently my R90 is down the drain because my parcel is too full.No discount no refund..you get your pacel returned due to no sms or wrong number captured. No Compensation whatsoever. I was given the middle finger twice by this Paxi... It was bad doing business with you and I am collecting my parcel tomorrow and take it back home.... I will never use this useless service... It's worthless... Be careful guys....
