Paxi Bad Delivery Service

I am waiting for my parcel since it was dropped off 02/07/2019. It is suppose to take 5-7 days. Today is the 8th, still i did not receive my parcel. The status of the parcel says missing. Why do you advertise a good service if the parcel get lost. The customer service is telling me to wait another 7 days
