Paxi bad customer service

I dropped my parcel on the 6th Dec... On 7th Dec 2024 I received a msg the parcel had been collected Pep birchleigh North kempton-park ... A week later Iater I received a sms the parcel arrived paxi mplain cape town. The collector went but all they could say the parcel is missing. I gave them few more days then went back to Pep the parcel was never collected in 2 weeks. The store then called paxi I asked for ma refund on the bag. I was told it's not allowed and they don't do refunsq on the bags. I'm upset that I had to cancel my oarczl and loose a R140. Paxi is robbing ppl blindly as I was not the first customer who's parcel wasn't collected..
