Paxi awful service

Pathetic service!expecting 2 parcels which were mistakenly sent to a wrong pep and I (reciever)notified Paxi as soon as I got the sms and they advised they will reroute only for them to reroute 1 parcel and leave the other at the incorrect destination, I go back to them after collecting the 1 parcel and they're telling me that they will send an email asking a driver to pick up and deliver to correct address. It has been over 12 hours of them still typing an email to the driver! Their querry/complaint line is really ***********!

The sense of urgency is non existent and its their fault yet they make me feel like I'm wrong.
