Paxi are inefficient

Paxi switched my delivery which ended up in JHB instead of CPT. The receiver at that end returned my parcel to the PEP store and i did the same with their parcel. Now I have radio silence on when i will receive the correct parcel..unless I follow up which is always met with the same response "I will send an email to the courier" I am almost certain the next response will be that the parcel has gone missing..
