PAXI and RAM taking Christmas gifts from innocent people

I am the receiver of a parcel that was worth R3000. RAM "lost my parcel and now PAXI only wants to compensate me/sender R500. He asked in store for extra insurance and was denied as they don't have the option. I had to call them on several occasions to get feedback.
