PAXI AND POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!

I couriered a package on the 05th of March 2021 from Evander to Witbank , the receiver has not received the package , when trying to trace the parcel , the last action stipulates that its still at the *****house, When I call Paxi to find out what transpired , the response that i found from the company they told me they will call the *****house to find out the whereabouts of the parcel , they told me they are awaiting the prove of delivery from from the *****house and they will then take action and as it results it is an inconvenience for me and my clients, it therefore puts my business name into disrepute and I am losing customers and income as it is, due to the incompetency and negligence of the Paxi staff and the way of unprofessional operations.
