Paxi and Pep are the worst!

Worst service ever!! I've been waiting for my package to be delivered, when I ask them what's happening on their whats app number they giving me the run around.. They can't even tell me when I'll be getting my package.. They tell me different stories every day.. Yesterday they said it would be delivered yesterday and latest today.. When I'm contacting them they telling me that they are waiting for feedback from Rams.. Worst service ever! I'm never using their service again!
