PAXI and Abacus ignoring me

I sent a parcel to Benoni on 4 december. Client never received the parcel and when i followed up, the parcel was sent to Cape Town instead of Benoni. I was advised the parcel would be sent back. January, still no parcel and still no feedback. I was told the parcel was lost and i would need to submit a claim. It took another 2 weeks to acquire the loss letter. It was sent to Abacus insurance that same day, 9th of Feb. Its been more than a week and still no refund or feedback received from anyone at Abacus. My client is threatening to take me to small claims court. I am unemployed and do not have the funds to pay her back. I NEED THE REFUND ASAP!!!!!! This is the worst after service i have ever experienced in my entire life!!!! I was supp**** with another 2 email addresses and forwarded all communication to them as well. STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
