PAXI

Sent a parcel with a DVD in it - was received but when open it can be seen by the photos it was bent and cracked - badly damaged in transit. I sent it with insurance - so when I tried to claim - they said they don`t cover damages - unless it is wilful by PAXI staff - so how does a DVD get bent and cracked ? They are refusing to pay out the claim
