PAXI

My daughter posted my clothing 2 large packets on the ,12th April, I understand that there was flooding and the roads were unpassable but after no word from PAXI I decided to investigate and was told no the Durban Hub was 'affected" and all the parcels were written off. When I asked where the Durban Hub was the address was a huge secret and they couldn't give me that information. I was also told by a lady Muriel that the sender had been contacted about insurance. It's all hogwash, . no one contacted my daughter. Both ladies said they would get the manager to phone me........ still waiting. The ladies were very helpful, but actually are told nothing so cannot really help at all other than they had a backlog of 3000 parcels that they wrote off, all the parcels are sealed and have a tracking number why were they written off??
