Hi my name is Molefi i have a parcel that was sent to me on the 1st August 2024 at 13:04 at pep cell maluti crescent mall and according to the message i received it was collected by the courier at the 2 August 2024 and until today i did not get my parcel Wich they claim that they lost my parcel and they are only prepared to pay me only 500 while my parcel worth R3200 and I'm not happy with that i need my parcel or my money ...thanks
