Pathetic Service - Never again

Sent a parcel (3-5 business days) to Uitenhage on the 18th Dec as a Christmas gift only to receive a call from Paxi on 1 Jan 2021 that the goods has been hijacked. They will refund me but not even the full value of R900 the gift but only R500.I was told within 48hrs the claim would be paid out. Ive sent through all the paper work on 4 Jan and today 6th I had to call again and was told to resend the paper work. How pathetic! No one got back to me. Ill probably have to wait another 48 hours. NEVER USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN. BAD SERVICE
