Pathetic service delivery/Unhelpful customer service agents!

A 3-5delivery package was sent to me on the 8th of November 2024 but it still has not arrived .When trying to track the parcel it says parcel is with the courier. I have tired speaking to the Paxi agents several times and non of them are able assist with a straight answers as to where is my parcel and when i can expect to receive it! The call center line and whatsapp is completely unhelpful, when you ask them questions they automatically close your query as "successfully resolved" whilst you are still left in the dark regarding your parcel!!!!!! This is totally nonsensical behavior as we are their paying clients but get treated as though we are baggers for them to do their job.
