Pathetic Service

My mother in law had sent 2 parcels to me on the 19 July from Cape Town to Durban using the 3-5 day service. I received the SMS stating that the parcel had left the store and was expect to arrive on the 26July. It is now going on to 8 days and I haven't received it. I called Paxi and all they tell me is that they are sorry and waiting for feedback from the courier. I then decided to do their job for them and contacted Ram Couriers as they handle the Paxi deliveries. I am still waiting for feedback from Ram. Judging from the complaints that I have seen, Ram is either employing ******* or their staff are too *********** to do what they are paid to do which is track and deliver packages. My next complaint on Hello Peter will be to Ram Couriers as they need to also take accountability.
