Pathetic service I've experienced with this bladdy company I've sent 2 parcel to pep on the 12 of July 2023 and I Recieve notification that coriour picked them up on the 13th only 1 parcel was delivered pacerl D*** when I tracking it I got this reply The Parcel status is: PARCEL WITH COURIER 25 Jul 04:02 - Parcel arrived at PKL JOHANNESBURG HUB.

For heave sake my follow up was on the 26th and today is the 27 still same ******* reply I must be the one who is doing the run around of which I don't have the contract with either paxi and the coriour these 2 companies are both pathic who don't give a damn of notifying the status / progess I want my parcel to be delivered before end of this week your people need to get your lazy bum to do what they getting paid for
