Pathetic Service

Awaiting a parcel delivery from the 27/10/2024, online status check says that "failed delivery attempt by courier. Investigation underway". I called in to the call center was told that the parcel is still with the courier company and that they couldn't delivery due to bad weather in DBN which is almost ridiculous. The rain has subsided a long time ago. I called again today was told that parcel was delivered to the store but not yet scanned since 04/11/2024. First and last time I'm using this service, pathetic service.
