Pathetic service

Right now I’m so angry with the service I got from pep or paxi courier service I’ve been waiting for my parcel from 28 August and contacting them no luck of reaching them only whatsapp number speaking to an agent and promising to come back to me regarding the e delay right now I don’t know whether they’ve lost my parcel or what this is bad service ever
