Pathetic service

I sent 3 bags to Pepcell Libode on the 07th September and on Monday the 19th only 1 bag was delivered. I called PAXI yesterday and I was told my parcels were out for delivery and only one bag was delivered again. What happened to the 3rd bag and why are my parcels delivered in batches? It is even worse I am now asked to identify the items inside the bag and colors. What happend to my parcel , can someone answer please. I need my parcel and contents. The service is beyond pathetic, even the date I was given for delivery has long passed.
