Pathetic service

I used this, whatever they may call it because it's not service, twice paid for 3 to 5 day delivery because the parcel had items in it to be used for wedding. It arrived 9 days later after the wedding. The recent experience is worst. Sent on 28 June my parcel is still not in the hands of the receiver 13 July. They should just forget about rendering this service. We pay for a service that is not there.
