pathetic service

i sent a parcel on the 30 th may 2019, today is the 24th june and the parcel has not been received , tracking no. D***, THE STATUS IS MISSING ON THE SYSTEM , my biggest regret is using this useless paxi . no communication from them at all, my client has paid me , and not received her parcel , phned 3 times, still no response, paid the courier charges, but cannot trace the parcel
