Pathetic service

I shipped a parcel using PAXI Pep on the 4th of June. As of today 19th of June this parcel has still not been delivered. The tracking portal shows the parcel in transit . I have been calling the customer service many times and have emailed and no response from anyone as to what is happening with this parcel.
