Pathetic poor service

I hav a larcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of december,they say they have a back log of parcels but new parcels are beig delivered everyday at that very same point i selected,when you call no1 can assist you at their call center,i want my parcel paxi D***,how can you start with new parcels whilst old parcels are still lying around with no movement
