Pathetic poor service

I don't recommend anyone to use pep paxi service, there are ***** they charge me services for 3 to 5 days delivery but they took 8 days the parcel to arrive of which they used the service took 7 to 9 days to arrive at destination.and non of them talking about refunds me half of my money since they use the cheap service whereas i paid for fast shipping
