Pathetic Customer Service and Response

Horrible experience. Sent of two parcels, one delivered one went missing. Been more than a month an no feedback. I have escalated 4 times now. The regional area manager is not making a decision or coming back to me to fund me for my missing parcel. Very unprofessional service. They (Paxi) can't find the parcel. How?? There is tracking and all.
