Parcel untraceable and pass delivery date

My parcel D*** was dropped at umthatha on the 5th December, The last online update wad 6th December. Its untraceable since then. The status: Parcel with Courier. Went to pep home in pinecrest they couldn't help tp track it. I don't know where its since there is not update online. Very unprofessiona, they don't even customer service email. I want my parcel delivered asap its long due and I needed it before Christmas.
