PARCEL SWOPPED AND MISSING

VERY POOR AND BAD SERVICE. I did send a parcel on the 8th of January to Pep in Thabazimbi. The wrong parcel arrived on the 22nd of January. Paxi were informed and the parcel were send back. The parcel that we have photos of is clearly swopped. After numerous calls we received the information that the parcel were swopped in Bloemfontein and the stickers were replaced. Since then we could not trace the parcel. So don't USE PEP PAXI!!!!!!!!
