Parcel stuck at the Paxi hub

My parcel was dropped at the store on the 17th of June, it's been with their Jhb hub since the 19th. I've called pointless times but I'm being taken from pillar to post. Today it's the 5th of July, I still don't have answers.

I'd like to know if those with the same experience in the past, were their issues resolved at the end?
