Parcel Short Received???

I'm from Cape Town, sent a parcel to a surrounding area on the 15th September. It's now the 5th October and nothing. After countless phone calls, emails, messaging, complaints I keep getting Bull answers as to what is going on. It seems no one knows where the parcel actually is...Pathetic service. My worst ever anywhere!
