Parcel not received

On the 1st of July I received the message that my parcel has arrived for collection, when I got there , the parcel was not mine, I called Pep in phuthaditjhaba they told me that the problem is with paxi, the was a label swap problem on my parcel, I've been calling paxi since that time, I spoke to Kagisho from paxi he said he will come back to me but he did not come back to me, I called again after 2 weeks I spoke to Zanele and she told me the wrong parcel was collected by Paxi from Loch Logan Pep in Bloemfontein they will come back to me but they did not come back to me, I called yesterday they told me where my parcel was delivered in Capetown the other customer collected it and advised me to tell the sender to call them, she called them they are telling here I collected the parcel, I am very disappointed with this service.Parcel no: D***
