Parcel not received

I was sent a parcel on the 14th of November 2019 by PAXI from King Williams Town. They sent it to the wrong address. I told them via email and I called when I didn't get response. I spoke to 4 different consultants each time I called. I was promised that they will rectify the mistake and send my parcel at the correct address. Its 2020 now January 17th my parcel has not reached me.
