parcel not delivered on time

i'm honestly not pleased with paxi i was suppose to get my order on the 5th of december.i enquiree about the isssue but all i hear is excuses about floods honestly i want my parcel and i hope it doesnt come damaged because i will sue paxi worse is i paid for fast option but seems like i paid for long option.. i will never use paxi any more
