PARCEL NOT DELIVERED, NO CARE FROM PAXI, ALL THEY DO IS LIE

What a horrible *********** courier service. As I type I have been holding on the 18:41 minutes and still counting. They lie- On the 14th I spoke to the first agent, unfortunately I forgot their name, but I have the *** another agent-same *********** service, yesterday another one same lie, obviously that's how they are trained. Today I have names Asanda and Nosiphiwo, same incompetence same lies, and they refuse to put you through to a manager, I held on for 20 minutes and 46 seconds until Nosiphiwo hung up. I am really mad as I have been supporting this *********** courier from 2019, I have had it with them. I have been letting them get away with most. This is my ending, please anyone to recommend a better service-you are welcome to. I cannot keep spending money where it is clearly not appreciated.
