Parcel not delivered from JHB Newtown junction to Mavundla square Greytown

I have a parcel that was sent from JHBon the 24th of June it was supposed to take 3 to 4 days. I haven't received it and when I track it it has been stucked in Skynet PMBas from the 26th June the destination point for the parcel is Mavundla square
